Amayna...

AMAYNA is a small range of four premium Chilean wines produced from a unique terroir in the San Antonio-Leyda Valley, on the Pacific Coast. The Garcés Silva family initially planted the 70 hectare vineyard to sell the grapes to a third party. As that third party became keener on an annual basis to secure the entire harvest, the family began to suspect that they had discovered a real treasure.

Initial vinification confirmed their suspicions and the Amayna brand was born with the 2003 vintage.

The Family: The Garcés Silva Family is a traditional family in the agricultural trade for more than three generations, led by its founder Mr. José Antonio Garcés. This project is a meeting point for the whole family whose objective is to share with the consumer the quality of the premium wines. They are the outcome of the terroir, of a prestigious oenologist team and top generation technology.

The Team: Many factors influence the quality of a wine. One of the most important is the high degree of dedication shown by the vineyard work teams.

Many generations of our team were born in this land; they know better than anyone its secrets which go into the magic of Amayna.
