Ordering

You can order anything from our wine list at any time. The lists are updated weekly and you can either E-Mail, telephone, fax or post your orders to us. For telephone orders our lines are open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and between 9am and 1pm on Wednesdays, United Kingdom time. We will call you back within a working day to get payment details from you and to confirm the order and availability.

Prices and Vat

Please note that all prices include United Kingdom duty and vat.

Payment

Edencroft Fine Wines welcomes payment by all major credit and charge cards. Customers paying by switch card are requested to quote the switch account number together with the issue number from their cards.

Delivery in the United Kingdom

Our carriers will deliver orders over the value of £250 to one address in the United Kingdom free of charge. Orders which are less than £250, will incur a £10 delivery charge.

We expect to deliver within 3 working days. If the delivery cannot be completed a card will be left with a phone number so another delivery day can be arranged. We must either obtain a signature or know where the consignment can be left.

We do not deliver on weekends or UK National holidays.

Claims

No claims for breakages or shortages will be entertained unless the carriers are informed at the time of delivery. We require confirmation of these breakages or shortages - by post, fax or e-mail - within three working days of delivery.
