AROMA: Rich Sherry influences, with hints of raisins and ripe banana. Subtle floral notes with summer berries and lemonade.

TASTE: Peppery and fruity with hints of lavender and fresh green apples. A slight saltiness becomes creamy and lingers.

AROMA WITH WATER: Toasted malt with hints of hay and soft fruits. Cooked apples and stewed pears. Sweet with brown sugar and crème brûlée notes.

TASTE WITH WATER: Sweet Sherry flavours with hints of charred wood. Pear and ripe banana notes with a hint of almond.

BODY: Light to medium.

FINISH: Long and sweet.
