San Marco, 2010 Orvieto Classico Amabile.

Grapes: 70% Grechetto, 25% Trebbiano and 5% Malvasia.

Vinification Note: Made with selected DOC Orvieto grapes, this wine is made in the area of production using modern stainless steel equipment. Temperature controlled fermentation is arrested at the point when the wine is still slightly off-dry. The wine is then rested, racked, filtered and bottled ready for release early in the year following the harvest.

Tasting Note: Fills the glass with glints of golden straw colour, with aromatic notes of roses on the nose. On the palate it has hints of ripe apricots, ripe grapes and a long off-dry finish.
