Grapes: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Cabernet Franc.
Vinification Note: The grapes were destemmed and crushed before macerating for 15-18 days on the skins. Fermented at 28 degrees C and then aged for 12 months in 225 litre Allier oak barrels (1/2 new) the wine received a further 12 months in bottle before release.
Tasting Note: Intense red berry aromas, leathery and mineral notes. Good concentration on the palate, warm and very intense; tannins are still quite dense and firm; long finish, rich aromatic flavours. Perfectly balanced giving a harmonious result.
