Vinification Note: Grapes are sourced exclusively from Montalupa, near Bra in Piemonte and are harvested early to mid September. Fermentation lasted for 10 days, at 18°C, 40% in new oak and the remainder in stainless steel. 60% of the wine is aged for 6 months in steel, and the remaining 40% for 6 months in 6 month old barriques. After blending, the wine spends 6 months in bottle before release.
Tasting Note: Golden yellow colour with green hues - fragrant aromatic bouquet of ripe fruits and apricots with overtones of honey and spices. Full and round on the palate, with great persistence and a long finish, very complex right through to the finish.
