Harvest: By hand, last week of March and 1st of April.
Fermentation: 100 % Stainless steel tank. 28 days of Maceration.
Ageing: 9 months, in 60 % French and 40 % American oak.
Full bodied and intense in the mouth, with a predominant flavour of blackberries underlined with black pepper and combined with chocolate and vanilla.
