Vinification Note: -The cortese grapes for this iconic wine are picked mid September. Cold fermentation (at 16°) lasts for 6 days before the wine is aged in steel for four months, bottled and aged for a further two months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: This wine has a delicate pale straw colour with highlights of green. The fragrant fresh nose displays notes of a floral, green fruit character with a minerally undertone. The palate mirrors the nose with its fresh and delicate approach, dry and balanced this wine has a good length.
