Grape Varieties: 100% Syrah.

Vinification Note: Vinification: the grapes are harvested manually. The sorting, crushing and partial destalking was carried out in the cellars. fermentation in open tanks for about 3 weeks at temperature controlled. Malolactic fermentation in barrels, with natural yeasts. Ageing: 18 months in barrels.

Tasting Note: Ruby red in colour with an elegant perfumed fruity nose of raspberry, blueberry, violet and pepper. Fruity, juicy and on the lean side, but firm on the finish.
