Chateau de Cardaillan, 2006 Graves.
A delicious, generous, beautifully structured Graves, impeccably made at Château de Malle. A 16 hectare property with vines which average 25 years of age, on sandy gravely soils. Fermentation is in stainless steel with a 2-week cuvaison and ageing is for 12 months in a combination of new and one-year-old barrique. It is fined with egg whites and very lightly filtered prior to bottling.

Chateau Fourcas Dupre, 2005 Listrac-Médoc.

Chateau Haut-Rian, 2008 Premieres Cotes de Bordeaux.
A Blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc. The crimson colour comes from a 36 hours maceration. Nice balanced bouquet of autumn fruits with an ample and full-bodied mouth. Very tasty tannins contribute to the excellent length in mouth.
