Supple, spicy flavours of apricot, orange peel and vanilla bean are binded by minerality and good acidity. On the nose, there are crushed stone and pineapple aromas with intense citrus notes.

Fermentation is in stainless steel with a 2-week cuvaison and ageing is for 12 months in a combination of new and one-year-old barrique.
