Prices and Vat: Please note that all prices include United Kingdom duty and vat.

Delivery in the United Kingdom: Our carriers will single orders to one address in the United Kingdom for a single fee of £7.50.

We expect to deliver within 3 working days. If the delivery cannot be completed a card will be left with a phone number so another delivery day can be arranged. We must either obtain a signature or know where the consignment can be left.

We do not deliver on weekends or UK National holidays.

Claims: No claims for breakages or shortages will be entertained unless the carriers are informed at the time of delivery. We require confirmation of these breakages or shortages - by post, fax or e-mail - within three working days of delivery.
