Domaine de Bila-Haut

Michel Chapoutier’s passion for great terroir took him to the Roussillon where he bought land in the village of Latour de France in 2000. It is here that incredibly old vines with low yields deliver minerality and complexity for Syrah, Grenache and Carignan as well as Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Macabeo.

Domaine de Bila-Haut is farmed biodynamically and organically although it is not yet certified as such.
