Amaru Torrontes is a unique wine in its elegance and fresh, fruity flavour. In the vineyards, they work to get a balanced ripening and concentrated berries The collecting and processing of the fruit is made very carefully, trying to preserve all the fresh, floral and fruity characteristics of the Torrontes grape. Pneumatic pressing to get a noble juice that is moved at cold temperatures to keep freshness. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 13°C allows to obtain fresh wines with balanced acidity.
COLOUR: Light pink with brilliant edges and slight salmon notes. The colour is obtained by the contact of the Malbec grape skin during fermentation.
NOSE: Expressive with the identity of the typical floral and perfume notes of Torrontes together with a hint of fruitness such as strawberry outstand.
PALATE: Very refreshing with a lot of fruit extraction. Easy drinking, with an elegant acidity very well integrated in the wine.
DELIVERY: All our wines are stored in our importers bonded warehouse’s, which have the optimum environment for fine wine storage, by carefully regulating temperature, humidity and other microclimatic factors.
