WINEMAKER NOTES: An easy drinking rosé that has notes of red berries and peach on the nose and a fresh soft palate.
VINEYARDS: Grapes for this wine come from various plots in Loire Valley. All vineyard processes are carried out in an environmental manner, adapted for each terroir.
VINTAGE: 2015 was a challenging year as rains and higher temperatures than usual disturbed the flowering season. Consequently, the yields were lower than in previous years. Fortunately, a very dry summer allowed the grapes to ripen fully and to be in good health before harvest. In the same way that 2014 was a challenging but star year, 2015 is a great vintage that has given very fruity, well-balanced and rich wines with great depth.
WINEMAKING: The grapes are pressed very slowly and racked gently to preserve delicacy. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures, before the wine in briefly aged on its fine lees and gently filtered prior to bottling.
TASTING NOTES: 100% Pinot Noir, this easy drinking rosé shows red berries and peach aromas complimented by a soft, fresh palate. A quintessential French Rosé.
