COUNTRY/REGION: France/Loire Valley.
GRAPES: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
UNIT: 1 x 75cl Bottle.
WINEMAKER NOTES: Elegant and floral on the nose, with hints of lemon and grapefruit. The palate shows good aromatics and balance.
VINEYARDS: All vineyard processes are carried out in an environmental manner, adapted for each terroir.
VINTAGE: 2015 was a challenging year as rains and higher temperatures than usual disturbed the flowering season. Consequently, the yields were lower than in previous years. Fortunately, a very dry summer allowed the grapes to ripen fully and to be in good health before harvest. In the same way that 2014 was a challenging but star year, 2015 is a great vintage that has given very fruity, well-balanced and rich wines with great depth.
WINEMAKING: Following cold static settling, fermentation takes place at low temperatures in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its fine lees prior to bottling.
TASTING NOTES: A benchmark introduction to Loire Sauvignon Blanc - fresh, fine and elegant with floral, fruity aromas and well-balanced palate.
DELIVERY: All our wines are stored in our importers bonded warehouse’s, which have the optimum environment for fine wine storage, by carefully regulating temperature, humidity and other microclimatic factors.
As such, please allow between 7 and 10 days for your delivery to arrive.
