Checkout: When you are through shopping, simply click "View Basket" where you will be able to review and edit any of the items in your shopping basket. If you have a discount or promotion code this must be entered at this time as it cannot be entered later on.
Selecting "Proceed to Checkout" will take you to the Billing & Delivery section where you will be asked to enter your name, address, credit card details, gift message (if appropriate) and other details required to complete your purchase.
Selecting "Submit Order" will place your order. Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We will also send you another email notifying you when your order has been shipped, details of our tracking number and that we have charged your credit card.
How can I view the status of my order: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Standard Delivery: Our standard deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery someone must be present to sign for the parcel. For this reason we do not accept Post Box Numbers as a delivery address for any order.
All orders are despatched using a 24 hour service to most mainland destinations in the UK and an 48 hour service to many European addresses. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on location.
For all deliveries outside of the EU, UK VAT will not be charged. However, your order could be subject to local sales tax and duty upon arrival in your chosen country which are levied at the time the package clears customs. All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Edencroft Fine Wines have no control over these charges so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
We are happy to deliver your order to an address that is different to your normal billing address. To do this, simply enter the desired delivery address during the checkout process.
